If for any reason customers are not satisfied with the purchased items, these can be returned within 10 DAYS from the date of the delivery. Customers must follow GUYA returns conditions as stated hereunder.
RETURN TAG and GREEN SECURITY SEAL
The attached GUYA RETURN TAG must be unremoved with the original GREEN SECURITY SEAL. This Return Tag and green Security Seal must not be removed or cut in any way.
WRITTEN REQUEST FOR AUTHORIZATION
Clients must contact firstname.lastname@example.org with a request to return the items within 10 days from the date of delivery. The written request must include the Item Code Number to be returned and the way you want the return: refund, size exchange or color exchange.
CONFIRMATION EMAIL WITH RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER
Once the email with the request is received, email@example.com will send a confirmation to the Customer including the RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER. Clients must write this RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER on the package. Items must reach GUYA within 10 days from the GUYA's confirmation email.
CONDITION for REFUNDS
The returned items must be in the same condition in which these has been sent and packaged, unworn, undamaged, clean and in general perfect conditions.
- Bathing suits and underwear;
- Broken, incomplete or used goods;
- Worn, dirty, washed or damaged goods;
- Item can be exchanged with a different size of the same item if / when available;
- store credit on the total amount can be used one time only on a future order within 30 days from the return;
- store credit may not be cumulative with other store credits;
- store credit may be used on an order of equal or greater value;
GUYA reserves the right to INSPECT and VERIFY the state of the returned merchandise before authorize a refund.
RETURN SHIPMENT FEES
Customers are responsible for delivering fees of the returned items and ANY eventual import fees or custom duties.
GUYA reserves the right to INSPECT returned items depending on the state of the returned merchandise.
